Expertise France is recruiting a Grant Manager to support the setting-up, management and monitoring of grant-funded projects or procurement based projects within the scope of the ReSEMBiD programme.

He/She will work under the supervision of the Finance and Administrative Director of the programme based in Sint Maarten, and in close collaboration with the Expertise France project manager and EF’s legal Affair department based in headquarters.

He/she will:

Grant / procurement award procedure
• Prepare the call for proposal / call of tender and elaborate the guidelines / terms of reference for the calls in conjunction with the ReSEMBiD programme managers and experts, and other potential parties. The call for proposal and call for tenders must be designed and implemented according to the rules set in the Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actions (PRAG)
