Greetings all,

I hope you're having a great day for Chinese New Year. Actually, our company, DXN Holding Bhd., is looking for internship students who are interested in learning about Human Resources, especially in the Training & Development section. Here's what you will gain:

1. Gain knowledge about DXN Company, KSM, Company Culture & Products, SOPs, Policies, etc.
2. Learn in various HR sections, with a focus on Training & Development.
3. Acquire knowledge regarding manufacturing, as we also have our own factory located in the northern state of Jitra, Kedah.
4. Be involved in managing other parts of training, especially in-house training.
5. Monthly Allowance of up to RM 600.00.

What we require from you:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any other related field.
2. Duration of at least more than 2 months.
3. Proactive learner in seeking tasks.
4. Ability to create and provide creative ideas during discussions.
