Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Milky wave in mirissa located in Matara. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the food production and culinary operations of the restaurant. The Executive Chef will manage and train kitchen staff, create menus, develop recipes, and ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes. They will also collaborate with the management team to create a positive dining experience for guests.

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
