We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to be part of the COO Office in the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

The job will offer you direct exposure to the Executive Office (CEO, COO, CFO) and give you a unique insight into the inner workings of philanthropy and foundations. You will support the COO role in the management of one of the world’s largest philanthropic foundations.

The vision of the Novo Nordisk Foundation is to improve people’s health and the sustainability of society and the planet. In 2023 The Novo Nordisk Foundation awarded more than DKK 9.1bn in grants and philanthropic investment, which makes the foundation one of the largest philanthropic actors in the world. The Novo Nordisk Foundation is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The Executive Office is responsible for ensuring that the decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented and for monitoring and following up on the Foundation’s activities.
