• You will ensure that customers' logistics activities and requests are properly coordinated and followed up
• You will be the point of contact between the customer and operational colleagues (quality, administration, transport and warehouse), providing the necessary support to the teams
• You ensure that you know your customer inside out, while understanding their expectations and needs and translating them into the implementation and execution of concrete actions
• You deepen relationships with existing customers with a view to building long-term partnerships
Profile
• With a Bachelor's degree in sales or logistics, you will have some initial experience in a similar role, possibly as part of a work placement.
• You have a perfect command of Dutch or French and very good knowledge of French or Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
