IT Manager

As the IS IT Manager of Belgium, you are responsible for the definition, implementation, evolution,

reliability and security of the company's information systems, in line with the objectives & strategies set by

management. As ICT is an enabler to our core business, you will ensure the operational efficiency of the

department while following group guidelines & processes for our various sites within Belgium. You

will be reporting to Belgium’s Operations Director.

Main Responsibilities:

- Management of Belgium’s IS/IT team which includes a dozen people, mix of employees &

consultants on 2 main sites (Tubize & Herstal)

- Allocation of different tasks to members of the IT team

- People management: hiring, training, coaching, mentoring …

- Department management: budgets, resources, objectives, planning, …

- Integration of potential other (new) BeLux entities within the ICT Landscape
