Purpose:Currently, we’re seeking a procurement officer to ensure the efficient material supply and maintain theinventory status at the optimum level and supervise the purchasing activities to ensure that purchaseditems are both cost-efficient and of high quality.Principal Accountabilities:-Sourcing recommendation proceed and analysis of supplier quotes for RFQ compliance and cost competitiveness.-Negotiation of terms and conditions and place purchase orders with successful bidder, ensuring compliance with allapplicable Company requirements and regulations.-To plan raw materials, consumable, spare parts and packaging regularly and effectivelyto assure adequate supply with reasonable safety stock.-To place all purchasing orders at the right thing, right time and at reasonable price and terms-To manage supplier’s material deliveries and assure continuous material supply to stakeholder-To manage Incoming/Outgoing shipments and align with government’s regulations (such as customs, etc.)-To...
