Main Responsibilities
• Provide advice for improving quality and reliability of Specialty Films production by defining the process parameter setting, identifying process problems, analyzing data and coordinating with related parties
• Develop and maintain a quality improvement action plan to achieve future key characteristics of the product quality to meet future market/customer requirements, including monitoring its implementation.
• Provide instruction of daily production plan to operation team to ensure product capacity target are met with good product quality with cost effectiveness.
