An opportunity has become available for a Quality Administrator at the New Germany factory in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Purpose of the position

The primary purpose of the Quality Administrator is to develop and maintain a companywide quality management system documentation and the output data generated from such.

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to
• Develop and maintain various QMS documentation such as procedures, flowcharts, work instructions, and records in conjunction with Quality Manager and Process Owner/s.
• Assist the Quality Manager in training employees on QMS procedures, policies, and processes to ensure a consistent understanding and application across the organization.
• Participate in regular audits of processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage customer complaints/ feedback related to products and services not limited to CAR's and SCAR's ensuring timeous feedback and close-out.
