Requirements:

-Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the printing industry and/or training providers.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

-Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

-Manage administrative tasks related to business and provide administrative support to CEO/senior team.

-Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
