Primary Purpose:

As the Sales Associate, you will contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing selling skills, and Service training. You will be responsible for meeting store sales and productivity goals, and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations.

You represent the brand to the consumer, act as an ambassador of the brand and ensures customer needs are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
• Takes ownership and accountability for individual productivity and utilizes resources effectively to impact individual productivity
• Tailors approach different customers by reading cues
• Build long-term relationships with clients, such as loyalty program (Clienteling)
• Services all customers according to the brands approach standards and maintain an energetic presence and high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor
