Job Description

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• Achieve Individual Sales and Store sales targets as well as other personal retail metric targets given (i.e Average Transaction Value (ATV), Personal Conversion Rate (CR))
• Achieve high service standards as per Mystery Shopper Program & GUESTS guidelines and checklist
• Achieve high retail standard and customer registration target as per score card
• Inventory Integrity, conducting stock counts as assigned schedule
