**Responsibilities: -**
- Assist Accountant in overall finance and accounts functions
- Perform monthly closing activities including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare schedules and listings for AP and AR
- Process purchase requisition approved by Head of department and prepare purchase order to suppliers
- Coordinates with other departments on suppliers' quantity, pricing and other related issues
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers
- Monitor and ensure the documents are in a flow according to company's policy and procedures

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently and work as a team, Self-discipline.
