Job Responsibility:
• Define training needs aligned with company vision and mission, focusing on service-oriented quality.
• Develop standard training programs for various staff levels and interns, ensuring monthly training hour targets are met.
• Establish a performance-linked rewards and penalties program.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational learning needs.
• Create an annual Learning & Development plan based on TNA outcomes, including training creation and performance appraisal systems.
• Supervise Departmental Trainers, provide new employee orientation, create training materials, and monitor training outcomes.
