Responsibilities:
• Ensure the achievement of the production plan in terms of Hours & Efficiency.
• Maintain and drive required quality standards in the production floor.
• Follow up deliveries and loading plans and take corrective actions on deviations.
• Optimum utilization of allocated manpower and machineries.
• Coordinate effectively with relevant departments in meeting expected results.
• Work under pressure for long hours if and when required to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience in a similar capacity (Production/Merchandising).
• Diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
