This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, assisting in the recruitment and selection process, administering employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• BSc / MSc in Human Resource Management or Business Management or any other professional qualification in HRM.
• Minimum of 05 years experience in the same setting and experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• EXperience in ppreparation of HR related information and analytics and proficiency in working with HRIS, databases and office software.
• Sound knowledge in labour law and HR best practices and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. More Detail
