Requirements and skills
• Proven supervisory/ managerial experience
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Must be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, delivery and logistics, and inventory processes.
• Computer literacy
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• BS degree in Civil Engineering, / Industrial Management / Industrial Engineering
