Description :You as a Human Resources Development Program Specialist will be part of Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Services, which is a product group at Hitachi Energybased in New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. You are responsible for competence development program management activities for the Hub.Your responsibilities:Providing support on competence development analytics as required.Tracking, monitoring, and reporting all the competence development programs for project execution functions.Tracking competency assessment status and support managers on new assessment updates.Operational Excellence:Supporting managers with organizing and scheduling FCA’s.
