Duties & Responsibilities

· Daily concise retail store operations

· Excellent Stock Management Skills - control shrinkage and in stock losses and damages.

· Understanding retail dynamics and key drivers like (ROI), (GP), ability to constantly strive for retail excellence

· Financial document interpretation

· Excellent staff motivation & managerial skills

· Staff development & training facilitation

· Outstanding conflict resolution skills

· Goal driven and a need for attention to detail
