Well versed in all Microsoft programmes.Must be able to multitask. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to : Oversee all administration requirements.
Create Invoices and send to clients.Correspond with the Municipality.Correspond with clients, relevant stakeholders and creditors.
Oversee all staff requirements.Capture staff payroll info for accountants.Answer all phone calls and inform correct parties.
