Ensure Logistics support and the other departments in the Base in order to provide the adequate level of support to Action Against Hunger operations in its area of responsibility.

Key activities in your role will include

Objective 1: Supply Chain Management
• To centralize and process the Purchase Request through updating the order follow-up form
• Proceed the request by preparing a Release Order or a Purchase Order
• Submit for approval the Purchase Order to the Logistician & Administrator.
• Perform purchasing of the office supplies, equipment, sticks and materials needed by Programs and offices by respecting Action Against Hunger procurement procedures
• Assist the Base Logistics Officer in getting quotations, assessment of equipment and materials
• Organize the delivery of the ítems by delivery notes and to update the follow up.
