Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in White River for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen teams by overseeing food preparation, ensuring food quality, creating menus, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen equipment. The Sous Chef will also collaborate with our executive chef and other staff to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Up-to-date knowledge of best cooking practices and culinary trends
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
