COMPENSATION

This internship is paid at $16 per hour, following a 140h training period. (During the training period interns are reimbursed for their travel cost and are not paid. We reimburse $15 for each training which is usually 4 hours.)

In addition to the hourly pay, each intern will be mentored by the managing partner whose goal is to grow the strengths of each intern by giving them ample opportunity to exercise their strengths. By doing this, the managing partner acts as a career counselor in addition to being a mentor. At the end of each internship the managing partner will provide each intern with a thorough evaluation review and a letter of recommendation.

We also have great snacks in the office, and frequently cater lunch.
