Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Salesperson at Balauro Realty located in Dumaguete. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for actively seeking out new potential clients, building relationships with existing clients, and closing sales deals. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and other sales-related software
