A Religious organization based in Nakuru is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the HR Manager position.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Manage the Human Resource function to ensure optimum complement, control, and effectiveness.
• Develop, review and implement the overall HR Plan as per the Institution’s strategic vision.
• Implement the annual HR work plan and budget, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in the achievement of HR activities.
• Formulate, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to realize smooth running of the organization.
• Manage recruitment processes to ensure that Institution always has competent staff and coordinate onboarding of new employees.
• Manage staff employment contracts, ensuring timely engagements, renewals/terminations as approved and keeping with HR policy and Labor laws provisions.
