Overview

The mission of Microsoft Devices Supply Chain (DSC) organization is to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time with maximum efficiency in process and costs by managing the end-to-end supply chain of Microsoft’s physical products such as Xbox, Surface, Accessories, and several other innovative products.

In DSC organization, Channel Operations Manager (COM) role is to drive the business from supply chain perspective in align with DSC mission together with cross-functional and cross-border teams. Our stakeholders are not limited to DSC, but COM also works closely with internal sales, marketing, and finance teams as well as external distributors, resellers, and retailers to manage the end-to-end supply chain operations from demand planning, inbound tracking, order management, delivery arrangements, to post sales in order to achieve financial and company targets while helping partners and customers meet their goals.
