Band 6 ( Deputy Ward Manager) - The Specialist Palliative Care Unit

We are looking for a Band 6 Staff Nurse to work in our Busy Specialist Palliative Care Unit . We are looking for someone preferably with some previous leadership/management skills plus some previous Palliative Experience as this role will be to support the Ward Manager.

Some previous management skills would help to make your transition smoother. We will be looking particularly for someone who has a passion regarding the care of Palliative Patients, and we would like someone who is a hard worker and will be able to support the Ward Manager and the rest of the team, especially when the Ward Manager is off duty.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
