We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Service Administrator to join our friendly office team in Tannochside, Uddingston; no experience is necessary as training will be provided. A suitable candidate should have a good eye for detail to ensure correct data entry.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week; Monday Thursday 09.00 - 17.00, Friday 09:00 16:30. We would consider part time working for the successful candidate.

Holiday entitlement: holiday entitlement will be 28 days per annum,

Your Duties Will Include But Not Limited To
• Liaising with customers from point of orders being raised to completion
• Working on customer portals
• Answering the telephone
• Raising sales invoices
• Inputting data on Sage Projects
• Updating customers on current status of jobs
• Admin support for our service department
• Other duties may include:
• Raising purchase orders
• Processing purchase invoices
