The Senior Aftersales Engineer will be responsible for leading technical engagement with customers post sale, diagnosing and resolving customer issues to their satisfaction. The person will be the main point of contact for customers post sale and in addition support setting and implementing the aftersales processes at Brill Power. In addition, during the growth phase of the company the individual will support the sales team to deliver technical responses to customer RFP’s.

The person will be technically minded with a strong understanding of battery technology and ideally battery management systems. The person will be integral in ensuring customers are satisfied during and after point of sale and that the rollout of Brill Power’s products to customers is effective.

This role will be a hybrid role, based in the UK with travel to customers in the UK, Europe and potentially US required. Hybrid working is available, with 3 days a week in Brill Power’s office in Oxford expected... More Detail
