Duties & Responsibilities of a Contact Centre Advisor:
• First point of contact for inbound customer calls, you will be directing customers to the relevant department or converting them into bookings and appointments.
• Maximising our service sales by upselling the work identified within service appointments.
• Accurately record vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up and prospect customers to secure repeat business.
• Supporting the Sales teams, helping with customer enquiries and leads.

• Previous experience within a customer service position.
