Be Responsible From The Following Requirements
• Participation to Sales&HQ WISE steering committee together with Danone Turkey WISE
• Head, WISE sponsor as chairman and members selected to represent all functions.
• Developing annual Safety Roadmap (with leading & lagging indicators) for Sales&HQ activities and follow up action plans generated from Safety Road Map
• Propose an annual exclusive safety budget plan in liaison with the annual Road Map activities
• Planning of behavioral audits and preperation&follow up of action plan according to outcomes.
• Follow up of all Risk Assessment files in yearly basis.
• Personal WISE training of his/her new position.
• Training of all Danoners and 3rd parties ( Distributors, Merch teams, Nurses etc )
• Active Participation for audit programs ( Field, Distributor, Warehouse, HQ and Sales... More Detail
