What is your impact as a Functional Analyst at NN?
• As a Functional Analyst, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business and IT worlds. You focus on implementing complex digital changes, taking a holistic approach by relying on your knowledge of both the investment business and the best IT implementation practices.
• You define and coordinate Roadmaps between squads, both within the same tribe and externally, and thoroughly manage the (inter-)dependencies. You maintain and improve systems and processes for both employees and customers to enable a seamless experience across all channels.
• Together with the Technical Analyst, you ensure the planning, reporting, coordination, and management of IT delivery interdependencies. You manage the scope and complexity of features and stories during refinement and planning, and ensure reporting and follow-up during execution.
