We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing our office operations, and ensuring efficient and effective communication with our clients and vendors.

Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate individuals
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
• Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
• Assist with projects and other tasks as assigned
