Responsible to the Drilling Manager / Drilling Superintendent for all HSE. Development and co‐ordination of all documentation required to obtain all necessary approvals from governmental agencies for all drilling, completion and workover activities offshore Malaysia. Review /Development of Company’s SMS. Produce a Campaign HSE plan complying with Company’s. Develop SIMOPs Documents for all Drilling activities. Develop HSE MS Bridging Documentation between and Drilling Contractors HSE Management Systems. Responsible for all internal and external HSE Reporting, and implementing reporting protocols as required. Carry out HSE impact assessments. Lead audits related to HSE during drilling campaigns. Co‐ordinate and develop health, safety and environmental activities and identify HSE training needs in Company, 3rd Party and Contractors personnel.
