5* Game Lodge in the Bela Bela area is looking for an Executive Chef responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavour for the dining rooms, banquets and other food facilities, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction. Additionally, responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and manage areas of stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training within the kitchen.

Requirements:
• Must have formal culinary qualifications
• Aleast 2 years management experience in a 5* operation.
• The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and have excellent and consistent attention to detail.
• He or she will be guest focused, have a positive outlook, be an excellent team player, committed, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Passion for food and the food experience
• Ability to lead a team of people effectively
