Position : Farm Manager

Location : Karak, Pahang.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including planning, organizing and implementing strategies to ensure efficient and productive farming activities.
2) Regularly inspecting and assessing durian tree growth and health, providing a monthly report, including a proposal to improve trees performance to achieve the KPI set by Management i.e. yield per annum.
3) Planning, coordinating and supervising the harvesting process to ensure proper handling and storage of the harvested fruits.
4) Overseeing the maintenance of farm infrastructure to ensure smooth farm operation and harvesting.
5) Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
