**Position**:Human Resource Executive
• *Salary**: RM2,500 - RM3,000
• *Working Hours**:Saturday - Thursday (9.00AM - 5.00PM)
• *Location**: No. 2, Jalan Bestari 1, Taman Bestari, Kuala Ketil 09300 Baling Kedah.
• *Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and setting up employee profiles in HR systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication, conflict resolution, and escalation to HR management when necessary.
