Job Description:
• Coordinate with sales personnel and others department.
• Issue sales order and delivery schedule to respective department.
• Compile sales weekly report and target achievement report.
• Assist to compile information for sales department and management meeting.
• Arrange and coordinate meeting, visiting guest, and meeting minutes.
• Check and verify all documents accuracy send by departments before pass to management for approval.
• Dealing with and responding to emails and phone inquiries.
• Attend to company's visitors, guest, VIP, government bodies and other visiting personnel from locally and foreign country.
• Attend to customer and dealer’s queries i.e. delivery status, new launched model and etc.
• Assist sales personnel in preparing daily documentation.

Job Requirements:
• Possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Preferable at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
