Salary: £35,745 - £36,648 (Pro Rata)

Hours: 24 hours per week

Location: Riverside House, Kendal

Contract: Permanent

About This Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for someone to support Riverside House in a role as a supervisor to effectively maintain and promote the highest standard of care practice embracing the ethos of maximising independence, participation, and dignity.

To manage the performance of the staff team, encouraging and setting high standards, monitoring performance; and challenging practice and attitudes which fall below expectations to create a positive atmosphere in which residents can thrive.
