As the Engineering Operations Manager, you are responsible in providing the equipment and utilities that the mall needs to operate. You are in-charge of the mall's maintenance and repairs, ensuring that the mall is operating safely and efficiently for a safe and fun malling experience. Part of your task is to also ensure that the mall is compliant with the standards set by the government agencies and local government units.

Educational Requirement:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
• A professional license is required.

Experience Requirement:
• At least 5 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management
• With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards.
