Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager . The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture and ensuring that the organization's HR policies and practices align with its mission and values.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
