At our client the Life department is looking for a driven employee. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the proper management of policies and provide a customer-oriented service to customers and intermediaries.

Description
• handling changes to policies
• handling payments and benefits taking into account the accounting process
• supporting intermediaries on the platform by telephone
• evaluating the content of the application
• accepting risks in the first line
• making various calculations
• passing on information to clients (written and oral)
• checking contracts and premiums
• managing complaints and creating inserts

Profile
• You have at least a bachelor or master degree preferably in a financial, insurance or economic field
• Experience within life insurance is a plus
• You can work fluently with the PC and have knowledge of MS Office
