What You Will Do

The Demand Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining the consensus demand plan at multiple levels of aggregation, using statistical models within ERP, and leveraging insights from Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams. The consensus demand plan includes sales from JCI to a network of distributors, integrators and direct customers. This role will also be responsible for the supply planning activities to plan optimal inventory and capacity from JCI based factories and 3rd party suppliers and to ensure timely execution of phase-in / phase-out plans globally. The successful candidate will have exposure to inventory planning, capacity planning, forecasting, finance, manufacturing, product management, metrics KPIs and will work closely with JCI peers to assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and industry best practices.
