GRADUATE TRAINEE MANAGER (AGRICULTURE / RETAIL)

LOCATION: ETHEKWINI, DURBAN, KWAZULU NATAL

(TONGAAT / VERULAM & PHOENIX SURROUNDS)

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Matric

· Must hold a completed B. Comm Degree in Agriculture / Supply Chain (ESSENTIAL) – Graduated

· Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year working experience (contactable reference required)

· Must be open to relocation in South Africa by the company (ESSENTIAL)

· Willing to work in a freezer / packhouse environment (cold chain)

· Must have a valid driver’s license (no endorsements) (ESSENTIAL)

· Own reliable vehicle / transport

· Must possess strong numeracy, literacy and organizational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal) on all levels

· Must have evidence of Integrity, leadership achievements

· Proficient on MS Office packages & possess a high level of computer literacy
