RequirementsBachelor of Science in Information Technology.

OnBase certificate.

5 years’ experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.

3 years’ experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework.

2 years’ experience in handling and executing Transact-SQL (T-SQL) queries.

Understanding of ITIL Framework.
