Training and Development Manager

PURPOSE

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain and manage training activities across customer mine sites and the training academy for EMS Mining. This is achieved through the control of processes and associated physical and intellectual assets in order to meet the company’s desired commercial and technical objectives.

The position provides direction and guidance relating to all aspects of training operations and drive consistency in standards of service throughout the customer mine sites and training centre.

EDUCATION

Minimum: Current Certificates in Training & Assessment or equivalent on the job experience

TRAINING

Minimum: Knowledge of industry standards, workplace skills plan, annual training report submission and industry related training programs.
