Job Purpose:
• Plan:
• To Monitor and track all shipments locally and internationally.
• To Ensure logistics report and weekly cost analyses report is accurate and sufficient.
• To Lease with Operations on their required delivery times.
• Coordinate:
• To request quotes and meet deadlines.
• To ensure all courier requirements are met on timeous deliveries and collections.
• To ensure VOC, BV and required inspections are booked and completed on time.
• To ensure Clearing instructions are completed and submitted on time.
• To ensure local collection are collected and delivered on time in line with SOP.
• Administer:
• General Filling and electronic filling.
• Over and above your duties, it is expected from you to assist other sections within Supply
