To deliver profitable growth through both organic and new business opportunities and solutions for selling for the South African Healthcare business – both IHS and for IMAHS

Lead and align the Business Development and Sales value chain function through the development and implementation of a functional strategy and operating model, enabling a high-performance culture, client satisfaction, reduced risk, and compliance to regulatory and legislative requirements.

Key performance areas:
• Define and implement a value proposition and Go-to-Market strategy, operating model, and policies for a value-chain function in the context of the organisational, strategy, operating model, relevant corporate governance, and risk profile of both businesses.
