Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced paralegal to join our immigration law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a passion for helping clients navigate the complex immigration process.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare immigration forms and petitions for clients
-Communicate with clients, government agencies, and outside counsel to gather information and documentation.
-Provide legal support and assistance to immigration attorneys.
-Conduct research on immigration laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files.

Requirements:
• Advanced English is a must.
• Experience filling out any of the following forms is a must.
• I130 Family Petition
• G639 FOIA Requests
• I131 Travel Permit
• I765 Work Permit
• I864 Financial Support (Sponsor)
• I485 Adjustment of Status
• I918 U Visa
• I192 U Visa
• Drafting Emails and Handling business communications
