What is the opportunity?

This role supports our institutional clients and ensures client success through periodic engagement and exceptional service. This team is responsible for providing reactive support to a large portfolio. The incumbent is responsible for understanding and addressing the clients’ needs. They must also build strong relationships across the broader business development, operations, IT, DMO, product and other internal teams critical to the end-to-end client lifecycle. With a consultative, solutions-oriented approach; they will be expected to demonstrate initiative, energy, and superior execution in growing and maintaining their assigned relationships.
